  Front desk staff was rude, Giving smiles and polite behaviour to other community. But for their own community their politeless and behaviour totally changed. 0 star for the service. They should change their staff and hire canadians

  This is the best KFC in ontario. I continuously bought 10pc weekly for two months. And it was the best value for money at a KFC. The bucket was actuall full of beautifuly delicious chicken pieces every time.

  I ordered through the self-serve kiosk, which KFC encourages customers to use. I completed my payment successfully, but there was apparently an issue sending the order to the kitchen. My receipt clearly stated “Take receipt to the front,” and it also showed that the order was paid for. Instead of simply resolving the issue professionally, staff treated me like I was trying to scam or steal food, even though I had already paid. I was repeatedly questioned, asked to prove my order multiple times, and even told to check my bank account to make sure the payment wasn’t returned. The entire situation was extremely stressful and embarrassing. Customers should not be made to feel humiliated for technical problems caused by the kiosk system. If the self-serve machines are going to be promoted, staff need better training on how to handle these situations respectfully and professionally. I hope management reviews this experience seriously because no paying customer should be treated this way.
