  They dont know how to do customer service, worst branch ever.....I had a very bad experience. I ordered buy one get one and they just gave me 1 and said go call uber eats....

  Took far too long to make our order, asked me to confirm/verify my order in a way where it seemed like I was lying and even then they managed to forget cutlery for our poutine - thankfully we checked before we had left the plaza but that was the second time we've had to wait a lengthy amount of time and the less than ideal experiences give us pause on opting to order from here again in spite of its proximity

  Every single time I’m in here every single employee I’ve been taken care of has been amazing! Best customer service I’ve come across for fast food!

  Terrible food, terrible service, terrible experience. The food was disgusting we ordered a 2 can dine zinger burger deal. The burger was hard and dry. The girl wearing glasses has zero customer service skills. The drink had no fizz in it and no ice in the machine. She said the machine is broken and its whatever comes from the machine they cant do anything about it. so asked her to replace 2 drinks with one bottle and she straight up said no. And that everyone is using the same machine. We were dinning in and they started mopping under our table and the mop smelled disgusting. Never going back to this location. I would think twice if I were you. Worst experience ever! Management please have some shame and look into this. This type of behaviour is just gonna make customers go elsewhere.
