Had to adjust my order after I made a mistake I called the store and spoke with their employee swati and she was able to resolve the issue and correct it all ! Glad to know there are people like her working here at this facility that actually care for the customers and provide excellent customer service

Just letting u know in case u want to know real reason of sale getting down … I used to be kfc lover like all Punjabi .. me too Punjabi … eating kfc since childhood .. but now quality of chicken has gone so down .. that it’s hard to eat .. it’s not even half the quality that it used to be .. so I started searching new options .. then I tried Popeyes and church chicken .. quality of chicken was good for both ..even size differs a lot .. now I go to these locations but still miss old quality of kfc .. one more point why I stopped coming kfc .. long waiting on drive through sometimes half an hour .. can u imagine .. I saw u guys did renovation .. how renovation will increase sale if quality of chicken gone down .. next point they don’t put ketchup with order .. looks like save money .. it irritates .. imagine opening order and no sauce in it .. total waste .. just want to tell u honest review in case u want to improve ..rest ur choice ..
