  They NEVER put ice in my drink. I always have to ask once they give it to me to add ice in the drive thru. Why do they do this? Isn't it spec for KFC Canada to put ice in all drinks? It's annoying to have to ask. If someone wants no ice they will tell that. Also, the customer service at this location is horrible. The fries are always on the cold side. A couple months ago they gave me cold fries and I asked for fresh fries and they refried my fries. They were drenched in oil and hard.

  We dine in here around 11:30 and the posted time in door closes at 1am. As a person ofc i would think that Im still allowed to eat inside. And the workers are also rude coz they wanted me to go out but im already eating so i might as well finish it and through out of it they keep on looking at me. I understand the tiredness the workers have but if the restaurant closes at 12 they should remove the posted time. This is the first time I came but way to far unexpected when it comes to customer service.

  Very bad experience i ordered for orignal reciepe chicken combo but when when i was about to eat it was fully fried dark chicken piece and when i went back to return that her behaviour was not good talking rudely. This not supose to be treat a coustmer i will never ever come to this store again

  I tried to go inside the restaurant, but the doors were already closed at around 12:15. But timing sticker shows until 1AM . I then went through the drive-thru and ordered three KFC Tender Combos. One of the chicken tenders was overcooked and tasted like it had been fried for too long. The Pepsi was literally warm. I went back through the drive-thru to ask about it, and the employee told me the ice machine wasn’t working. If the ice machine isn’t working, customers should be informed before ordering. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

  This place is totally insane….The girl on the front makes-face everytime when need to order…even she was forcefully saying order from the kiosk and she knew it that kiosk was not working ….Even they don’t care about food whether its properly hot or not….please do something with the staff…They don’t know how to greet and take the order …Please dear Management its humble request its not for today’s problem its happening always ..
