  Theniniyan I went to this KFC on 28th July around 5:30 PM, and I honestly had a really good experience. I don’t understand why some people are leaving negative reviews — the service here was amazing! The cashier was super calm, polite, and took my order quickly. She was also helping with preparing food, which really shows how dedicated the staff are. My food took about 5 minutes, but that’s totally fine because it was fresh. I’d rather wait a few minutes for fresh food than get something rushed and not tasty. I’ve waited longer at places like McDonald’s (sometimes 15 minutes!) so this was actually quick and well done. The staff here are doing a great job, and I appreciate their hard work especially Thenu he is a best employee and Dinu was helping me with finding better food . Some people just don’t realize good service takes a little time. Keep it up, KFC team!

  I gave some feedback about wanting spicier sauce options; Thenu, Hetal, and Bavitra took it very seriously. Thenu listened carefully and said he would pass it on to management. Hetal even offered to add extra chilli seasoning to my order to make it spicier. Sarina followed up with me after my meal to ask if it was spicy enough for me. I was so surprised they actually remembered and checked back with me. It showed that they genuinely value customer feedback. Their willingness to listen and act on feedback is so refreshing. I felt heard and respected as a customer. They turned a simple suggestion into a positive interaction. I’ll definitely be sharing more feedback knowing it will be taken seriously. Thenu, Hetal, and Sarina truly care and are wonderful!

  Hands down, one of the best KFC experiences I’ve had in a long time! The food was fresh, hot, and well prepared, but the customer service really made the experience stand out. Thenu, Jessica, and Bavi were amazing. We had a pretty large order, and they handled everything patiently and professionally while still being friendly and welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. It’s always nice to see employees who genuinely care about giving customers a good experience. Great job, guys, and keep up the great work! I’ll definitely be coming back.

  I ordered my food for takeaway and was impressed by how well everything was packed. Thenu, Hetal, and Sarina made sure my bag was sturdy and the food was sealed properly. Thenu separated the hot and cold items so nothing would get soggy or warm. Hetal placed napkins, cutlery, and sauces neatly in a separate compartment. Sarina double-checked that all my items were there before handing me the bag. When I got home, everything was still hot and perfectly intact. No leaks, no spills – just perfect packaging. I really appreciated that they thought about the journey home and packed accordingly. So many places just throw everything in a bag and hope for the best, but not this team. I felt like they genuinely cared about my takeaway experience. Big thank you to Thenu, Hetal, and Sarina for going the extra mile!”
