  Should have known better. The restaurant was filthy. Each table was dirty and there was ketchup stained all over the floor. The chicken gave us all food poisoning for the next two days. Don’t eat here.

  The worst KFC I have ever experienced. Their “system was down” yet they had the drive thru open and cars trapped. Common sense people…If your system is down close your drive-through and don’t waste peoples time. Move people out of the drive-through so people can get out …not a hard thing to do. Avoid this location.

  After 5:30pm a certain manager leaves, once she does expect a serious decline in quality. Chicken was either over cooked or re-fried old chicken. It's extra oily which is expected with fried chicken, however extremely dark...the skin is tough and had an old after taste that isn't typical of kfc. The place can be a hit or miss depending who is working at the time.

  Very disappointed with my recent order. Several items were missing, including ketchup, macaroni salad, napkins, and utensils. On top of that, the food quality was extremely poor. The burger looked like it was prepared in a rush, as if the staff just wanted to finish their shift and go home. I also ordered a wrap meal, and it was very disappointing. It contained little more than a patty, with almost no sauce, salad, or toppings. It was dry, poorly assembled, and not what I expected at all. What made the experience worse was the customer service. When I called to report the issues, I was only given an apology and told they would “keep it in mind next time.” No real effort was made to resolve the problem. I have always enjoyed KFC burgers, which is why this experience was so disappointing. The quality of the food and the level of service were far below expectations. Management should pay closer attention to food preparation, order accuracy, and customer service if they want customers to keep coming back.

  ordered individual pop cornchicken and wraps, chicken in wraps was not fresh at all, it was hard to chew and also they forgot to put the dip with pop corn chicken, i called them to let them know and the person who answered said you need to order it separately even though it comes with a dip as per KFC website. Pathetic
