  Extremely disappointing experience. They got almost my entire order wrong, the food was ice cold, and even the sandwiches were incorrect. I ordered dirty sodas, but instead, they gave me regular pop. On top of that, 5 items were missing from my order! The service was absolutely unacceptable, and the quality of the food was terrible. It’s frustrating to pay for an order and not even receive what you actually ordered. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Honestly, one of the shittiest places to order food from. Save your money and go somewhere else.

  Newly renovated yet the same awful quality! Yay! This location seriously needs to be re-trained. As a former employee in my teen years at Ruth avenue (closed now), there were many protocols and procedures that were clearly missed or ignored at this location. Chicken was very saturated in oil (oil temp not hot enough so they must be putting in new batch before the machine hits temp) and the batter on the skin was lumpy and salty (flour was not sifted). The chicken was also very bland so they are not marinating the meat. The gravy had a strange taste and texture. Also for some reason, they stopped the potato salad. Drive thru forgot one of my sides so I had to go back and retrieve it. The manager clearly does not care about quality so the company needs to step in and start with a fresh crew with some veterans.

  Ever since this KFC has been renovated, the service and speed of service has significantly reduced. I used to receive my food within 5-19 minutes for small orders and 10-20 minutes for larger orders. But nowadays if I ordered just two pieces of chicken, I’m waiting 20-30 minutes! That is absurd. It’s unfortunate as I liked this place before it was renovated and after I have not felt the same.

  I bought fourteen piece bucket. It has an alarming level of salt. The fries also had a lot of salt but we tolerated . Probably it’s the same person who marinated the corn and salted the fries, without realizing it’s importance. Please take responsibility that food should have salt within safe limits. It’s poisonously salty.
