  Had a really great experience here thanks to Sasha. She was genuinely one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time — super attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out perfectly the whole night. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does. Even when it got busy, she stayed patient, professional, and kept checking in to make sure we were good. Service like that honestly makes a huge difference. Definitely coming back and hoping to get Sasha again next time.

  We had a great meal at Kelseys, but what really made the night was our server, Sasha. Their customer service was honestly amazing—super friendly, down-to-earth, and they made sure we had everything we needed without constantly hovering over the table. It’s rare to get service that actually feels genuinely welcoming these days. The food was great, but Sasha’s awesome energy is the main reason we’ll be coming back!

  The food was amazing, but the highlight for us was our server, Sasha. We were placed at a table right away despite the rush hour. She was a great help narrowing down the menu options, and everytime we saw her on the floor she asked if we were good and needed anything. Her customer service was so perfect, I wasn't sure if if the food was that good or if it was her charisma that made our overall experience joyful. Thank you Sasha !!!

  I came in here today for dinner with a friend. Our server was Sasha and she made ordering off the menu very easy and effortless as she helped us go through it and recommended some of her favourites. She was very attentive to us and helped refill our drinks when we needed it to be. Her recommendations off the menu were top tier and were almost as good as her service. Would definitely recommend her as your server and would try out her recommendations if you don't know what to order she doesn't miss.

  I don't normally leave reviews but this experience was so strange I have to say something. Wife and I went in around 9:30pm to grab some food, and catch a bit of the raptors game as a bonus. We understood it would be busy and were prepared for that. However, we did not anticipate being blatantly ignored. While waiting at the front to be seated, many of the staff saw us, made eye contact and even passed us while serving other tables. But no one acknowledged us to say that they'll be with us shortly. Naively, we saw that there were empty tables, so we patiently waited in the hope that they would get to us soon, but it was as though we were invisible. After 10 minutes, I flagged down a server and ask if she could seat us. She said she would call the host. We waited another 5 minutes but no one came - I managed to catch another staff member and asked to be seated as we had been waiting for some time now. She cleaned the table and seated us. So, we waited 15-20 minutes to be seated despite there being empty tables. Once seated, we quickly decided what we wanted as we knew it might take some time to prepare. We sat there for another 15 minutes, but no one came to take our order. We made a couple of attempts to catch the attention of staff rushing by but to no avail. We assumed they were just busy, but then we saw that a gentlemen who was seated long after us was approached unprompted by a server, had his drink order taken, and fulfilled, all while we continued to be ignored. I'm not sure why we were getting this special treatment (please note that we had not spoken or behaved rudely with staff in any interactions), but it became clear we would not be served food tonight. So we left and went to the Harvey's on the other side of the plaza to finally got some food. In total we ended up wasting 30-35 minutes being ignored before we walked out.
