  Today may 18 2026 Victoria day. The lady that works here dropped a hotdog on the floor and still uses it to serve in a bun. Whats wrong with you.

  I placed an order on uber for 3 small ice creams for my office. I called the store to find out the status of the order because it was taking an extremely long time. The guy who answered the phone could barley speak English and yelled at me and then just hung up the phone in my ear!! If you can't provide even decent customer service skills you shouldn't be working in the customer service industry.

  We just went there around 6:00 pm Tuesday , and no one was at the store. We waited like 10 minutes and we were calling the staff to attend us. But no one came out and there was a whole line up. After 20 minutes a girl came and she was so rude. Was not attending the guests properly. I asked her 3 times if they have cheesecakes( cake) . She said yes and I asked her to give me one cheesecake and one strawberry blizzard. She charged me for the blizzard only and when I asked her about the cheesecake she charged us again and ended up giving me the cheesecake blizzard. Even after confirmation, she didn’t get what I was asking for. She doesn’t know how to deal with customers. The blizzard she gave us was getting out of the cup and she didn’t evn bothr to give napkins.

  The worse DQ . The ice cream cake that I bought taste sour. The milk they use is bad. Imagine bringing the cake in the party and its all ruined with a bad Ice cream cake.

  My kid picked the one on the DQ APP last year, and we received the one that was not even close! They said that they don't offer cream lettering on the cake. Can you believe it？I had to buy candles with plastic letters instead. Never visit this DQ again!
