  Visited the Chick-fil-A at Kennedy & Queen in Brampton and ordered a 5-count Nuggets Kid’s Meal and a Chick-fil-A Sandwich Meal. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The waffle fries were not up to standard — they had no proper shape and tasted stale rather than fresh. The Chick-fil-A Sandwich Meal was also not good, as the sandwich tasted almost burned, which was very unexpected. Overall, the quality was far below what I usually experience at other Chick-fil-A locations, especially the Newmarket branch where we normally have consistent quality. My 8-year-old also noticed the difference and said it doesn’t taste the same. For the price paid (around $25), the experience did not feel worth it. I hope this location improves consistency and quality going forward.

  Amazing place with amazing people. The food was great but I was impressed by the excellent customer service and support. One person working as a cashier went out of their way to deliver my order to me in excellent service. The atmosphere there is peaceful, calm, and welcoming. I felt like I could study or just come to relax as the place was well kept, clean, with soft chill music. Definitely a place worth visiting.

  Ordered a southwest large salad and was charged 16.99 but in Mississauga was charged 11.99 because my son wanted spicy chicken breast. Ordered this way before in Mississauga. Ordered a side salad and it wasn’t on the tray. Tortilla strips missing, bell pepper missing but what wasn’t missing was the rude behaviour of multiple staff. I overheard one staff member saying what is she complaining about. If you look at a receipt how do you miss items. Very incompetent staff and rude. I am use to polite and friendly staff at this restaurant but not at this location. Management needs to have a staff meeting immediately. Lousy service but excellent food.

  First time going there and I went through the drive thru which was an amazing customer service experience. Speaking to a person in person not through a speaker box was such a great experience especially being able to ask questions. I ordered a small fry, a deluxe non spicy chicken sandwich, small Mac and cheese and a Cobb salad with grilled chicken. All of the sides had no salt or seasoning, but the breaded chicken on the sandwich was so salty couldn't tell if that was the chicken or the breading. The Chick-fil-A sauce was delicious but after eating almost the whole container it was too sweet. The Cobb salad was the best item I had. The grilled chicken was a bit salty but the salad greens made that tolerable. I wouldn't order a sandwich or sides here again but I would do a salad.

  Daniel provides amazing customer service! I've been to this location a few times. My last visit I wanted a cob salad but the cashiers (lead) said they didnt have any tomatoes. I asked if they could put extras in one of the ingredients to substitute for not having anymore tomatoes. I was told I would have to pay extra. I was baffled since its not my fault they were out of an ingredient, and as a business you would want to go the extra distance to keep your customers coming back. I ended up ordering something different, but wasnt satisfied with it. Daniel happened to be walking around to check on customers, I noticed he was one of the managers so I told him about the situation. He was so kind and helpful, he brought us a salad to make up for the experience we had. There were also alot of kids in and out, one came in playing his music really loud and Daniel handled the situation really well. I came back today and Daniel was very welcoming.
