  No greetings nobody at the front! Ordered via kiosk was not even seen till I told them I've placed an order. Slow service, nobody on the counter, no customer service!

  No customer service short staffed every time 10- 15 waiting but still the food was cold for dine in.

  As a pescatarian them having a 2 for $11 deal is really great. Even without the deal going on the Big Fish from this location have been made fresh and really hot. I do recommend ordering from here to get a real tasty meal for a deal.

  We came to this Burger King around 5 PM on Sunday, May 10th, and the customer service was very disappointing. The girl serving us at the drive thru window came across as very dismissive and visibly annoyed from the moment we pulled up. Her tone and facial expressions gave off a strong “what do you want?” attitude, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. We understand people can have stressful shifts, but that’s no way for someone in customer service to treat customers. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and completely lacked basic courtesy. We left genuinely upset by the experience, especially considering we were polite throughout the entire interaction. Hopefully management looks into this and addresses it appropriately, because basic professionalism and respect should be expected at any restaurant 🤦🏻‍♀️

  Worst customer service ever manager is rude and the store stinks, went I. To grab a fries and I waited at the front like 2 minutes before anyone attended to me had to be be yelling hello before anyone came not only that when I made my order the cashier translated my order in another language (not French) to whoever was preparing my fries, I said to her you guys don’t speak English and she asked me what’s wrong I said nothing just what I asked, she then proceeded to ask me to pay I told her I was redeeming my points then she advised me I am not able to then called the manager who came asking me for the code I explained I had already gave the cashier and it’s no longer reflecting but I can let him scan them man started yelling saying I selected the wrong store I was like bro take it down a notch what the hell is wrong with you the man liked me out the store saying they are not serving me and I was no longer welcome there😩 It was my second time going to that store and it was not a good experience both times
