I usually go to Mary Browns but not sure why I decided to try KFC again. Brought food home and realized they didn't include any fries in my order. The chicken peices where small and very salty. The cole slaw was wilted. Never again.

Drive through wasn’t working so we had to go inside and we waited more than 15 minutes and no one served us. There wasn’t many people. Bad service. And even we kept asking and no one showed up.

no care for customer service. there is no one tending to you. you have to order on a kiosk which is not working half of the time. they see you waiting but no acknowledgement. very poor should Def close this location if they dont want human interactions at the desk. very disappointing

☹️😑😖Very disappointing experience😑☹️😖 The chicken was extremely disappointing. It tasted strange, was very oily and soggy, and the inside of the chicken looked dark black and brownish, which was very unappetizing and concerning. The wait time was also far too long. There were about 6–7 customers waiting, including me, but there was no one serving customers at the front. The staff seemed to be focused almost entirely on the drive-thru while the customers inside were left waiting. The food quality and customer service were both very poor during my visit. I expected much better from KFC. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both the food quality and service for customers dining inside.
