    I recently had a very unpleasant experience at Harvey’s in Bracebridge. An employee named Mamta was extremely disrespectful toward me and made an inappropriate comment about my background in front of other customers. When I told her that I found the comment offensive, she dismissed me instead of apologizing. I’ve never experienced this kind of treatment at a restaurant before. Customers should be treated with basic respect regardless of their background. I hope management takes this kind of behavior seriously and looks into the situation.

    Had a great experience at Harvey’s! As a vegetarian, I really appreciated the variety of vegetarian options and how fresh and tasty everything was. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and quick, and the staff were very welcoming. Overall, a great place for a quick and satisfying meal. Definitely recommend and would happily visit again!

    If I could give this 0 I would, I ordered 2 chicken wraps and neither of them were correct mine was made with ketchup and mustard and relish with tomatoe I asked for lettuce onion garlic aioli and pickles The onion rings were soggy. I watched the man stare into space while making my wrap probably looking at the order and realizing it was made wrong and gave it to me anyways. On top of it we waited in the drive way for 30 minutes. Whoever the man working the drive thru was needs to go this was insane.

    We walked in at 11:55 and there was no one in the restaurant. We were surprised to find all of the tables were very dirty. I would have left immediately, but my 81-year old mother had a $50 gift card she wanted to use. I asked two employees to wipe the tables before we ordered. It should have been quick and easy, since there was no one there, but it took five minutes to get a clean table. I'm not exaggerating. The employee making the food wasn't wearing any gloves. I saw him three times pick up a burger bun to see if he had remembered to put cheese on them. It was disgusting. He also picked up French fires that had fallen out of their little boxes and put them back in the box. He never washed his hands once while touching everyone's food. The food was obviously microwaved and not cooked on a grill. The burgers were rubbery and tasteless. We had eaten at the Harvey's in Parry Sound one month before and the food service and quality were excellent. So we were looking forward to going back. The Harvey's in Bracebridge was a terrible disappointment and we will never go back and tell our neighbours to always avoid going there. The food was barely adequate and the lack of hygiene was deplorable. The people who work there are slow, incompetent and the man touching the food needs to wear gloves.
