Each time I was delighted with their excellent communication and reassurance that my requests were no trouble and they looked forward to hosting us. We are a group of 12 adults and 4 kids (2 in high chairs); I was concerned that a large group would be overwhelming for a server or a nuisance for other diners. Our server, Jayden, assured me that neither was the case. Jayden was tremendous. She was polite, outgoing, professional and helpful. She was wonderful at greeting the straggling arrival times, each time with a smile and quick beverage retrieval. She frequently checked in while we waited for everyone to arrive - without being smothering and even suggested taking the kid’s orders first to ensure they didn’t get restless. All the while, she was serving other tables with the same attentiveness. She was unflappable and patient taking our orders while sharing her sunny disposition. Everyone commented how amazing she was and I was very pleased that the Manager sat us with Jayden. The food was delicious, hot and fresh, and considering the restaurant was jam packed, I was surprised how quickly our meals were prepared. Our experience was more than I could have hoped for. From the Manager to the Hostess to Jayden and to the Cooks it was a wet successful evening.

She was run off her feet, as was the great hostess. The food was quite good. Probably the best I’ve had here in years. We all enjoyed it. The quarter chickens were also bigger than normal. The bathrooms were clean, but the paper towel dispenser in the men’s room is broken.

We do a family meal deal and EVERY, SINGLE, TIME, my husband brings it home, I have to put it into the oven for 20 to 30 minutes to finish cooking this chicken. We ALWAYS say, please make sure the chicken is not pink and slimy inside. We would like it well done and completely cooked. And we get it home and it is always pink and slimy inside. We have stopped ordering over the phone and now he orders when he gets there and makes it a point to say very well done for the chicken several times and still it comes pink. This is exactly why we don't eat in anymore. It always came to the table undercooked.
