    They skimp hard on the meat. $22 for a foot long and 2 drinks just for there to be the tiniest amount of meat possible. You can tell they’re trying to increase profits at the expense of customers.

    Save your money!! Just ordered a rotisserie chicken sub with veggies for close to $20 - the sub had next to no chicken and veggies on it... so unless you you want to spent $20 for bread - I'd stay away

    Showed up yesterday to get a sub for my wife and I. There was 1 staff and he was overwhelmed by a large online order. I was told to wait 20-25 minutes so he could finish creating this mobile order before having the ability to work on my sub. I said thank you very much and left. Im not sure what reality we are living in where we are refusing service to a customer who has spent time and gas to physically travel to your location but this seems really backwards to me. Surely we can manage our time in a way where you can work on the subs for 3 minutes and then get back to creating your online order. I worked in retail for years and cant imagine giving the same response to any of my customers.

    Very rude guy, very very rude and he added hot sauce when I told him it’s for the kids… very disappointed and he refused to make another one. He is always like this moody and doesn’t know how to treat customers especially customers with kids. I will never ever go to this subway again.

    Server was polite and courteous and even though it was closing due to bad weather, Houshil was still willing to serve us. Thank you for still showing great customer service still exists!
