  We love coming to this Kelsey’s! Food and service is always great! On our most recent visit, Brandy was super attentive and provided us with excellent service. Our newborn baby had an “explosion” on our date night and she took our food back to keep it warm for us and asked us if we needed anything 🤣 Would definitely recommend this location!

  Always a pleasant time coming to this location! Food is tasty, and the servers are fantastic :) Me and my partner had Samara taking care of us this time around, and she was a peach! Will definitely be coming back in the future

  The food is always great. And you can’t beat half price wings!! The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere warm and welcoming! But the reason we come back is Brandy. She is amazing! Friendly and efficient and positive. She remembers our drinks and what we like. Brandy is the best!!!

  While we normally really enjoy Kelsey’s, this was not a good experience. It took 45 mins to get our drinks, 50 mins for our order to be taken, an hr and a half for our food to come. Our server, Mariah, had a large group so we understand it was busy for her but she clearly was unable to manage any other tables. Had she apologized for the long wait, or said excuse me before dropping the food onto the table, or thank you at the end of it all, we would have been much more understanding of the service. Small gestures go a long way. The food was delicious though.

  We had such a great experience at Kelseys Original Roadhouse, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Angela. From the moment we sat down, Angela was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive without ever being overbearing. She made us feel completely taken care of — checking in at just the right times, making great menu suggestions, and keeping everything running smoothly even when the restaurant got busy. Our food came out hot and exactly as ordered, and Angela made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. It’s rare to come across service that feels this effortless and authentic — she clearly takes pride in what she does. Angela truly elevated our entire dining experience. We’ll absolutely be back, and we’ll be asking for her again!
