- SLSandie Le1 day ago5.0As usual, we had a wonderful meal and excellence service at ESM. Our server, Teanna, was attentive to our needs and brought our items on a timely manner. She checked in on us, as needed, but also gave us ample time to enjoy our meals. Great place for a family meal.
- SBsteven benedick3 days ago4.0Sabrina was our bar server. Very obvious that she was overwhelmed with the section. Brought the wrong drink but fixed it rather quickly. Bread came out to the table after the salads. Full meal hit the table within 2 minutes of our salads arriving. 1 meal was correct 1 meal came without the added bacon that was also ordered. The plate was sent back and returned. Food was hot and expected.

Our orders were taken efficiently and all the food came out super fresh. Susan regularly checked in to see if everything was going good and was very happy whilst doing so. Thank you Susan for an awesome and enjoyable experience!

She checked on us at just the right times, made sure everything was perfect, and had such a positive attitude throughout our meal. Sabrina’s excellent service made our dinner even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have her as our server again!

From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and full of personality. She made perfect recommendations (the lasagna was outstanding and the chicken parm was huge and delicious), kept our drinks topped up without us even asking, and even brought extra garlic bread because she noticed how much we loved it.
