  Young woman serving me was very pleasant. She made two excellent subs. However, hygiene protocols not followed. Touching the cash screen with the same gloves on and went to make more subs. I didn’t see her change gloves after cashing out the customers before me, so can’t comment on that but definitely didn’t change her gloves after cashing me out. Went right back to making sandwiches for the person behind me.

  Had a great experience at the Mr. Sub Bolton downtown location! Sam is honestly such a nice guy — always welcoming customers with a big happy smile and making everyone feel comfortable. The service is always friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is great every time I visit. Definitely my go-to place for fresh subs and amazing customer service. Highly recommend this location, especially because of Sam!

  Sam, the owner at Mr. Sub, gave me one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuine. He took the time to chat with me while making my sub and made the whole experience feel personal instead of rushed like most places nowadays. You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. The sub he made was honestly the best Mr. Sub I’ve ever had. everything was fresh, perfectly made, and loaded with care. It’s rare to meet owners who are this passionate and kind, and Sam definitely stands out because of it. Highly recommend stopping by if you want amazing food and even better service.
