  I have always had a great experience here. The food is always fresh and the staff are very friendly.

  Food is the only reason for the visit? This place sucks you back the reason; Mary browns is another 30 mins drive there and back. Lower your expectations then food is good, high expectations you will be disappointed, there you have it. Kfc, please read; do not re fry your damn chicken, throw it out bc your fresh chicken at the end of the night that you are not serving hot are going to the fridge anyways so why not give it to your customers, trust me they deserve fresh chicken. When customers asked for original recipe, do not give extra crispy so to speak, to make the half full bucket look bigger. Lastly, the store owner has very little customers satisfaction knowledge only knows profit, it's not the workers they are only as good as the owners tells them how to run the business to make more profit, workers quit bc they have high morals and eventually can not cope w the sub standard practices the owner demands. How hard is it to run a chicken joint when the place is the size of a house double garage?

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at KFC today thanks to Simran. She was friendly, polite, and very patient while taking my order. She made sure everything was correct and provided excellent customer service with a smile. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience.
