  Went in 10 minutes before closing. At least 3 employees working and was told they couldn't make a blizzard because they already cleaned the machine. If the store is open, shouldn't they be serving customers??? Companies with this lack of customer service don't deserve your patronage. Let them earn it!

  Tried getting a chocolate dip on my $1 cone offer on the app. The price is normally .50$ but he told me I would have to pay $1.50 more because the system, always the system. Was I getting 3x the chocolate?? Yeah ok. App deleted, on my way to McDonalds

  No cookie dough? I get to Dairy Queen twice a year and I always get the same thing, large cookie dough blizzard with extra cookie dough. I don’t mind spending $15 on a blizzard because it’s a once in a while treat. My nieces wanted to go so I took them and I will never go back here. If you’re trying to save money by cutting food costs I understand but I’m willing to spend $20 on the blizzard just would like to get cookie dough inside my cookie dough blizzard. Please do better.
