The app mistakenly placed it for a future time, I tried contacting the restaurant to ask if they could move it up, they refused. I asked if I came and showed my order could they start early, they refused. It sucks because all previous interactions were great, but they refused to help a loyal customer and that is disappointing. Tried contacting subway online but there’s no help number either, just kept getting directed to a bot that couldn’t help. Super disappointed and hopefully they work on improving for the future.

Even though she should’ve technically been closed she still served with a smile and kindness. Her customer service is top tier, they should be glad to have her! Not a lot of people out there with customer service skills like her!
