- OAOlivia “Liv” Belton ArcherJun 28, 20261.0I had a disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location due to poor customer service and a lack of attention to customers waiting in line. I had been standing and waiting to place my order when another customer and her child walked in and took my place in line. What was frustrating was that the employee serving customers had clearly seen me waiting there first, yet still proceeded to serve them without acknowledging the situation. I understand that mistakes can happen, but customers should be treated fairly and served in the order they arrive. Being overlooked and ignored made me feel disrespected as a customer. Because of how this situation was handled, my sister and I decided to leave instead of placing an order. As a result, this experience cost Taco Bell two customers that day. I hope staff can improve their awareness and customer service to ensure situations like this are handled fairly in the future.

I ALWAYS ask for Baja Blast with No Ice. I've got Ice every time and once I got Pepsi and another time I received Root Beer. The food is,.. well,.. I mean, it's Taco Bell. It's the same everywhere but getting a drink wrong on delivery is just carelessness. Also, don't call, they won't answer the phone.
