But I can't forgive one of the slices of pie (out of three) looking all broken up like this one of the photo. How does something think this is suitable? Edit: Sorry I don't have the order info anymore. All I can do is provide the basics. It was 3 Thanksgiving Dinners, to be delivered at 3PM with the name on the order was Marion on Oct 12, 2026. I really don't want/expect something from you except maybe an apology and an assurance that will never happen again to a customers order.

Waitress was uncaring of situation, asked for manager to complain, total waste of time, showed appsolutly no concern for our situation, blamed it on a glitch in system. Will never come back in future.

She was genuinely welcoming and made our evening that much more enjoyable. The service was outstanding, and she truly made the experience memorable. I would highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Lee Ann as your server! We’ll definitely be back!

Once seated, we were quickly served for drinks, but took a while to get out two can dine meal sorted out. Once ordered, it was almost an hour since we arrived to be served, We were told that they ran out of white meat. Did I say the restaurant was almost empty. The server was great and apologetic, but when we were her in the spring of 2025, we had a much better experience. Sadly disappointed for regular restaurant patrons. When the food did arrive, it was great. We do not like the Swiss Chalet Chicken sauce, but with the two can dine, you have no choice. Cannot figure that out.
