  Gave 4 absolutely shitty Zingers for a sandwich. Breading was soggy, bitter and clearly fried in old oil. We threw out 2 of the burgers immediately after bringing it home and when we tried to refund it, we were given the worst treatment. Employee told us to bring the two burgers we threw in the trash, and was extremely rude and condescending. Never have we witnessed such disrespect. Never will we come here again.

  Was leary about kfc drivethru.tried it any way.got home and counted pcs.we got 17pcs.should have had 18 pcs.greasy as hell and cost me 60$.Never ever again!!!!

  Went through the drive through, placed an order for 2 of the daily $5.95 sandwiches and asked if they had any options for just popcorn chicken that were bigger than the "individual" size. She said yes and we pulled up, total came to over $35!! We asked how big the popcorn chicken was and she said a bucket. We asked if there was anything smaller and she rang us up for a box instead and it was now $31 (still silly expensive). We paid and then she asked us to park, and pull back through the drive through in 7 minutes ??? We then asked to just get a refund and she said one sandwich and the popcorn chicken were ready but the 2nd sandwich (the same as the 1st) would be 7 minutes. So, they're not going to prepare everything to be ready at the same time, and instead one of us gets a fresh sandwich and the other gets a 7+ minute old sandwich? We got a refund and left.

  Cold fries 🍟🤒 not happy with no side salads as well as they ran out. Almost 70 dollars and very disappointed the gravy was used to warm up the fries 🤕🤢 please for a franchise of this caliber and very very rich CEO, there business is not long for failing!!!! No pride in there food at all sad because I assumed the make over would make KFC take pride in there food, not the case at all !!!!
