  I stopped in for a quick lunch and was fortunate enough to have Abbi take care of me! The food was great but the service was exceptional. Friendly, helpful and always smiling! Will definitely stop in again soon!

  Abbi was awesome, I never had to flag her down, she brought refills or checked in before I knew we needed anything. Delightful server! Thanks so much Abbi!

  It was a lovely experience for me and my family, I'm so glad we had such a good time with our amazing sever abbi she was the sweetest worker I have met, it was just great

  I am deeply disappointed by our experience at the Belleville East Side Mario's. As someone who frequently enjoys the Kingston and Toronto locations, I expected the "classic" service this franchise is known for, but this visit was a complete letdown. The wait staff's demeanor was unprofessional and rude. Most distressingly, their behavior made my daughter, who has autism, feel extremely uncomfortable. To add to the frustration, the staff even tried to charge us for the bread, which has always been complimentary at every other location I have visited. We were so disheartened by the atmosphere and service that we paid for our drinks and left before our food even arrived. This was a very upsetting experience, and I hope management takes steps to ensure their staff treats all guests with the respect and consistency found at other East Side Mario’s branches.

  This specific review is about my visit on March 25, 2026. I apologize to the absolutely wonderful server we had that day, you were amazing but I'm awful with names. My friends and I love East Side Mario's and routinely visit this one since it's a good halfway meeting point for us. This particular time we ended up here after an event and showed up an hour before close. We walked in totally expecting to be turned away for being so close to the end of the night, or alternatively getting terrible service because we showed up late. Thankfully, we did not get either of those. We had undeniably the best food, service and all around experience that night. The bread just kept coming, our food was perfectly cooked and brought out quickly, my drink was never empty, we got bread to take home, and our server was the nicest man I think I've ever had as a server. Everyone that night was working like a well oiled machine. I want to shout out everyone, kitchen staff included, for a wonderful night.
