  I had an unwelcoming experience with this location tonight (April 27th). My husband and I decided to go out for dinner tonight. He wanted to try Jersey Mikes (directly beside Arby’s) and I was planning on ordering Arby’s for my dinner as I do not like subs. I decided to park in the Arby’s parking lot while my husband and I went to get his food from Jersey Mikes (there was a family event as they have not opened yet so we waited 25 minutes for his food). We then returned to the Arby’s parking lot to order my food when I noticed this note on my car (attached). We were gone for 25 minutes and I received this note when I was heading to Arby’s DIRECTLY AFTER. Hence why I parked there (even though Jersey Mikes still had plenty of parking available even with their family night event). This note was extremely weird of the workers and I will not be returning to eat here, especially if I don’t want my car towed. I completely understand handing this out when parking here and being gone for a little bit longer, but my husband and I don’t always eat the same food and I assumed I would be safe while he was getting his food - I guess future reference is to park on the busy North Front Street while doing this? Thanks for deterring me from this location with your hostile environment!

  Monday April 27th, Arby’s Belleville obviously does not want anyone coming to their store as they wrote “ parking for customers and staff only Arby’s parking” on a note while I was in Arby’s and set it on my car and said my plate was recorded and that I will be towed at my expensive. I was a customer inside the store

  Food is great as always. Can't go wrong with a half pound beef and Chedder. The staff could be a little more happy. Felt like I was rushed out the door.
