  Courtesy and respectful behaviour of an employee named Sawyer made me skip tim hortons across the street to become a regular at this location. Investing in a good employee makes a huge difference for the business. Their quality of food and respect for customer is great at this location.

  For the first time McDonald's serviced me stale and barely warm coffee. Just disappointed as I had to throw it in the garbage.

  Everytime i go here the manager, james, is always disrespectful and always has his butt crack out and his stomach overflowing the counter. and instead of a simple "sorry about that," James treated me like I was trying to pull off a heist for a 6-piece nugget that he forgot to put in the bag. It’s one thing to get an order wrong. it happens, but it’s another thing to have a manager who clearly doesn't want to be there. if you see james behind the counter, just cut and go to wendys because you dont know what kind of crusts are on the counter from his stomach. Although there may be crusts, i gave the food a 4 because they may be adding extra flavour! Pros: The food is pretty good Cons: James.
