I drove all the way from south end to give myself a treat 🙃 today after long week and first time buyer but what I experienced was a robot serving no human connection not only that not one drop of customer services skills at least, my food was ok but the lady gave it to me open lid, didn't asked if I wanted a bag or i was going to eat there didn't offer a tray or nothing, very unprofessional and sad experience and that's why business are failing to thrive because their customers services are absolutely zero 😢, i am not begging for the meal plus I always tip which it made it harder to believe 😢 to know i left my tip for nothing. And by the way is not about money but experience so 🤷 I am coming back ever.

Bought dinner for myself and my husband. Gotta chicken and beef pad Thai for my husband and got only few pieces of meat. Asked for extra bean sprouts and got non. Payed almost $40 for 2 plates of just noodles. Don't waste your money. Very Disappointing.

I honestly don’t like writing negative reviews, but this experience was so bad that I feel it needs to be addressed. My son and I stopped off to have lunch at Thai express in the the georgian mall in Barrie. The food was absolutely horrible—bland, tasteless, and I've never seen those size vegetables, even those type of vegetables in this dish. Looks like they're just cut up whatever just to make it look like there is stuff in there. Unacceptable and extremely disappointing. This was nothing like the quality I would expect from Thai Express. The service was just as bad. The server was rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in hearing our concerns. What was especially frustrating was seeing two completely separate dishes cook together and served, Which was done simply out of laziness and convenience. When I questioned the server about it and explained that this was not acceptable, I was told that it was “perfectly fine.” No—it was not. Instead of acknowledging the problem or trying to correct it, my concerns were simply dismissed. I’ve since looked at other reviews and noticed that I’m certainly not the only customer complaining about poor food and service. At some point, management needs to take these complaints seriously and actually address the problems. This was one of the worst Thai Express experiences I’ve ever had. Bad food can happen, but when you combine bad food with rude service and a complete lack of concern for the customer, it becomes unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location, and I would strongly think twice before spending your money here.

Unfortunately they have changed ownership for a while and the new owner has changed the recipes and is cheeping out on ingredients. Bought a pad see we came with no egg no veggies so just noodles and sauce that was made thinner with a lot of oil. Was disgusting. Won't be going back until the old owner is back in charge.
