  Extremely disappointing experience. My order was accepted, but it was never prepared or delivered. I waited for over **1.5 hours** with no updates. I tried calling the restaurant **5–6 times**, but no one answered the phone. This is the **second time** this has happened. The restaurant advertises itself as **open 24 hours** and was showing as open on Uber Eats, yet they didn't prepare the order or communicate with customers. If you can't fulfill late-night orders, don't accept them. This wasted my time and left me without food late at night. Very poor customer service and highly unreliable. I won't be ordering from this location again unless they improve their service.

  The food was gross the supreme fries ground beef was gross and the burrito supreme was just mush and not good will not go back here again yucky 🤮

  Why am I not allowed to have guacamole?? Genuinely. I like to order chips and guacamole as a side with my combo but you guys will not allow me to have guacamole. It gets replaced with cheese every time. I’m so confused like I just want guacamole but you guys won’t let me :( I’ve called to complain multiple times yet it’s a re occurring issue. I’m someone who likes to stick to the same order and I lowkey just keep ordering it because I don’t like any other sides and you guys have only given me guac maybe twice. I’m so upset like can’t a girl just order some chips and guacamole? PLEASE????? I’m so genuinely upset I can’t with yall rn.
