    The cashier refused to give me a receipt after I made a purchase, and then decided to give me mixed fries from KFC and Taco Bell I had to go back to the window to let them know they said I don't have the fries at first and then they said I have to wait 5 to 6 minutes to get the good batch going. When I asked for a refund they gave it to me but then wouldn't give me the receipt to established that I received my refund nor did they give me the receipt from the original purchase and when I asked for that he started cussing at me and yelling at me and saying don't be rude while he was me rude to me

    Really disappointed with my recent experience at Taco Bell. They no longer take orders at the cash register and force customers to use the self-order kiosks. To make matters worse, the payment machine at the kiosk wasn’t even set up properly, so we couldn’t pay at first. We let the staff know, but nobody seemed interested in helping or fixing the issue. After waiting quite a while, we finally got our food and it was cold and very subpar. While we were eating, we witnessed several other frustrating situations. An elderly couple was struggling to use the kiosk and tried to order at the register instead, but the cashier refused to take their order or even help them use the machine. It was honestly upsetting to watch. Shortly after, a man who had ordered before us came back because his order was wrong and items were missing. The staff didn’t seem to help him either, and he eventually left extremely upset after clearly being overcharged and not getting what he paid for. Overall, the customer service was terrible, the food quality was poor, and the whole experience felt incredibly frustrating and impersonal. I won’t be returning.

    I ordered food and they forgot my fries, when I drove back through to let them know the worker proceeded to give me attitude saying he put the fries in the bag & I didn’t want to argue as it was 2am so I just ordered another fry. When I got to the window he proceeded to let me know they were out of fries and it would take 5 minutes so I told him I’d wait. About 3 minutes later he randomly came back up to the window giving me attitude asking me what I needed. I told him I was waiting for the fries that he said would be out & he continued to be snarky. It was overall horrible customer service. I’ve never had an issue at Taco Bell before and typically love their food. Our fries did finally come out hot, unfortunately our tacos were cold but I guess we can’t expect anything else at 2am.

    Removed cashiers and added order kiosks. Now nobody is ever at the counter for cash orders had to wait 5 minutes from walking in to even order with no line. Then food took nearly 10 minutes. Not to mention prices up and sizes down. If you have another option I reccomend you go there.
