  I went to get some tacos it was around 9:40 and I went to order in the dining room but the doors were locked early. So I went around through the drive thru and ordered but my order was missing the sauce and my fries the person at the window said I had to go all the way back around to get them and had some of the worst customer service ever.

  Ordered online, arrived at the time it stated for pick-up. Order hadn’t been started yet. When they finally spoke to me they said “the app doesn’t work” I asked if it was just a today thing or all the time, and was told yes it doesn’t work period and the best way to order was at the Kiosk. He then took his phone out (with gloves on) and took a picture of my order and went back at this point and started prepping others food. Do you know how unhygienic that is? Unbelievable. Then he tells me they are sold out of what I ordered…. At which point I ask for a refund & am told it’ll take 72hrs. Took 30 seconds for the money to be taken out of my account though.

  I ordered a Diablo Crunch wrap for $16, only to be called in midway of them packing my food to let me know they ran out of chicken tenders. They offered to change the crunchwrap to a burrito. I said no and they were like “but we already have the other stuff ready”. Girl that’s not how it works. Anyway the lady said she will swap it with something else (I couldn’t understand what she said) but not to be rude I just said okay. Here comes me opening the bag to find out I paid $16 for three tacos. One was wrapped in an extra soft shell taco with melted pieces of cheese lmao! I ended up removing the soft shell that they attached to the hard shell cause it didn’t taste great at all with all the extra bread and so little “beef” filling. Anyway. I’m not going back here.

  Wow, this place has excellent customer service. Let’s give Arsh a raise! When the dining room was closed late at night and our bus wouldn’t fit through the drive thru, they patiently served our group person by person at the window. Not to mention, the food was terrific. Will certainly come again!

  Everytime I stop here while in Barrie I forget how much a regreted it the last time. Just the worst - thats saying a lot for a Taco Bell.
