The manager was super kind and gave me a discount after a little mistake. He then helped me carry my food to the car! Thank you again Swiss chalet. I’m sure dinner will be amazing!!!

She has such a warm, friendly personality and made our experience that much more enjoyable. You can really tell when someone genuinely enjoys what they do, and Linda stood out right away. We were so impressed with her that we honestly think she deserves a raise! Employees like Linda are a huge asset to a restaurant. She was wonderful, and we hope management knows how much of a positive impression she made on us. We would be very happy to have her serve us again!

We came up from the city to visit family, they wanted to dine here, it was horrible, dirty, no toilet paper, stuffing Thanksgiving meals is what we got, dry as ever, no finger bowls, we had a male server who was horrible,like a deer in headlights, needs more training, our food took over 40 minutes, do not reccomend. Save yourself the money and waste of time. Horrible

If you're in the area I recommend asking for Tracey. They greeted us with such a warm smile and joy and whimsy that it made our day so cheerful and wonderful!
- BDBrittany DroverSep 16, 20261.0Menus were missing some pages and doubled up on other pages, waitress interpreted borthday card time to take the order, They brought our food out right after bring out our appetizers, followed by our lemon water bowls completely over crowding out table to the point I had to start personally removing stuff and putting it on another table. My daughters food came out with hair in it, my order came out incorrect, challet sause was so hot it burned your mouth. Will not be returning to this specific location nor would I recommend this location to anyone. While Swiss Chalet is a restaurant I have frequented regularly my entire life this location is an absolute tarnish to its reputation.
