I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Subway location. They were advertising a **Buy One Get One (BOGO) offer on Uber Eats**, but when I placed the order, the offer was not honored. I contacted the restaurant directly, and an employee **verbally confirmed that the BOGO promotion would be honored**, so I proceeded with the order based on that confirmation. However, the deal still was not properly applied/honored. Advertising a promotion on Uber Eats and then refusing to honor it—even after an employee confirms it—is extremely misleading and feels like a scam to customers. If the restaurant cannot fulfill a promotion, it should not be advertised on the app in the first place. I hope Subway and Uber Eats look into this issue and make sure promotions are accurately displayed and actually honored. Customers should not have to pay for something based on a promotion and then discover that the restaurant won't follow through.

Tried ordering on the app, it kept glitching when trying to order a snackwich with and not let me choose toppings so I just ordered a sub instead. It reset my location to my home location and not my work one. I went inside the hospital and there was a sign that said be back in 10 to 15 mins. After waiting I found out my sub was sent to the other store. No one at rvh subway or essa road will help me, the chat cant find the essa location and closes on me since it cant find my location. Im now out 30 mins of my time and my food and my money and no one at either store will help. Will NEVER go here again which is a shame since I come here 2 to 3 times a week

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. There were several customers ahead of me. The employee prepared chicken subs for the first two customers, then made a bowl for another customer. Even though she said she hadn't directly touched the chicken, I politely asked if she could change her gloves because I'm a strict vegetarian. Instead of simply accommodating a reasonable customer request, she responded by saying, "I didn't touch the chicken," in a dismissive tone. As a customer, if I politely request fresh gloves due to my dietary beliefs, that request should be respected without argument. It takes only a few seconds to change gloves and helps customers feel comfortable and valued. I ended up asking another employee, who changed the gloves without any issue. Customer service is about respecting customers' preferences, whether they're due to religion, personal beliefs, allergies, or dietary choices. Unfortunately, the first employee's attitude made me feel unwelcome.
