Rude from the moment the 5 of us walked in, it’s 11:30am and they have 0 toppings. No pickles, no all dressed sauce to just name a few. One person ordered from the app and they didn’t even tell her they don’t have pickles, and she paid extra for extra pickles. No ice in the pop machine, but don’t worry it’s still cold… no forks or spoons. I just don’t understand how you open for the day and have 0 toppings, no cutlery or even ice for a pop machine. Pathetic excuse for customer service and just an overall terrible experience. Those workers and subway as a whole should be ashamed of themselves to have people like that running the franchise.

It was a Friday night during a Subway BOGO promotion, and there was only one employee handling everything alone. That’s disappointing and honestly unfair. There was a huge lineup stretching to the door, the counter was covered with receipts — easily 18–20 orders waiting — and one person was expected to manage it all. It’s hard to understand how a business can allow this level of understaffing during such a busy promotion. Big credit to the employee working that night. Despite the pressure, he stayed patient, professional, and did his best to help every customer.
