- JCJosh Cutrara3 days ago2.0They got their money's worth. I did not. Single table and single patron. Bill was $80 and I left paying $100. During a not busy time, I was told to wait while a number of tables were open but they had to clean a table. I over hear I was sent to a section that was least busiest. I sat next to a wonderful elderly couple. I know cause we got to chat while even they were curious where our server was. I had my order already decided before my first interaction and water was offered to me. I ordered happy hour drink and then informed her I was prepared to order to help stream line the process. Thank God I did. My drink was finished after 9 mins. After another 17 mins; I saw my server, to which she asked if I wanted another. I said yes. After another 11 mins, the floor manager approached me and asked if I needed anything as he saw no food or beverage in front of me. 6 mins later, my server came with the cocktail. 19 mins later my meal finally arrived, but it was the manager, not my server. My order is 3/4 correct but given how long it took just to get food, let alone service... I keep my mouth shut. I eat with no follow ups. Meal complete I wait 13 mins before my server asks if I want dessert. I decide perhaps dessert can redeem them. Again, after about 10 mins, another server has to deliver my dessert. I finish it quickly and wait for my server. She takes so long that I am able to get up from my table, visit the bathroom and return without anyone the wiser. Finally I'm offered my bill The bill shows upgrade charge on items I didn't receive, the happy hour drinks where now Infact not and now full pop and I am faced with a 15% gratuity which although an option I am obliged to give regardless. Waste of $100 and over an HR of my time. I am scheduled for another visit Wednesday. Let's hope that is far and away superior then tonight state and main.

The rest just felt the food was mediocre. The washroom was a mess. The interior looked classy and the outside patio looked inviting. We probably won't choose this location ever again

The Manager walked by a few times and when he realized we were without a server he got us drink menus and took an order for the app. Very nice gentleman. The pretzel bites and cheddar beer dip were delicious. Husband enjoyed the peppercorn steak. Cooked perfectly to med rare. I had the pistachio crusted salmon- delish. We shared a dessert of creme brulee and a bottle of wine since it was 1/2 price on bottles on Thursday. Great deal. Plus no corking fee if you don’t finish it all want to take it home.

The server Natalie was very professional, friendly, pleasant and always checking on us to ensure we were satisfied. I really appreciated she mention to the Manager my first time not for my spouse and Dave came over and asked for feedback. You can see where all the staff get their customer's come first approach. We left leaving as if Dave had known us before.
