When i got my dessert and i opened my bag to put dessert in same bag, found that they made my order wrong, i politely told staff that my order is wrong, she was so rude to me she didn’t even apologize neither informed anything, just grabbed order from my hand and started making it again. I have worked in customer service before, if we make a mistake we apologize first and maybe tell customer to wait or whatever. Felt very bad the way she behaved to me even after i was poilte and humble all the time.
