The service at this McDonald's is unacceptable. I am a delivery driver, and corporate management needs to know that drive thru orders are consistently prioritized, while other orders sit on the counter getting cold. During my last visit late night after hours I personally saw 6-7 cars go through the drive thru and have all their orders served, while my small meal just sat on the counter for 25 minutes. There were also 3 other drivers waiting, and when the manager finally came out, he had 4 to 5 bags of cold food for the delivery drivers.. Idling in our car wasting gas, not to mention the lost income from sitting instead of driving.
This disrespect to delivery drivers not only causes delays for our customers, which leads to them getting frustrated with all of us, but it also negatively impacts our income, and it needs to be fixed immediately. This is not the first time this has happened, they literally dont care and value our time spent waiting there.
If these issues persists, I will be contacting the corporate head office directly to escalate this complaint.
