What’s the matter with white lady working at night shift? If I ask for less ice she just tells me to not order at this location and if I go there to pick up order she just throws the bag in my face 🤷🏻‍♀️

The last three times we've been there, they messed up the order. I ordered a bacon and egg mcgriddle and got a sausage mcgriddle, then they shorted us a hash brown and lastly we asked for a chicken McMuffin and they gave us a sausage and egg McMuffin. It's like they don't even try anymore. They used to be good at this location!

This was one of the most frustrating delivery experiences I’ve had with McDonald’s. The staff attached two different receipts to the bag, which caused confusion for the delivery driver. This should have been caught in-store before the order ever left. Because of that mistake, I had to call the store THREE times just to get my order delivered properly. On the first call, I was told to follow up with the delivery partner, even though the error clearly started from their end. It felt like I was being made responsible for fixing their mistake. Not only did I get screwed over, but the delivery driver and the other customer likely did too, all because of a simple but careless error. Everyone makes mistakes, but what matters is how you correct them, and the response from the store was completely insufficient. After multiple calls, they finally said they had to remake everything. However, when the food arrived, it was cold and even missing the large fries from my order. At that point, I just gave up. To make matters worse, I was dealing with a severe migraine that day while also trying to calm down a hungry child waiting for their food. Instead of making things right quickly, the entire process became stressful, exhausting, and unnecessarily difficult. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability. Once the food was eventually delivered, the store seemed to treat the issue like it no longer mattered. A situation like this could have been avoided with basic attention to detail, accountability, and proper customer care.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this McDonald’s on Yonge Street in Barrie. We waited about 20 minutes in the drive-through spot with our autistic son and dog in the car, only for our order to be delivered to the wrong vehicle. Staff then took the food BACK out of the other customer’s car and attempted to give it to us. The worst part was the other customer later told my boyfriend that he had touched our fries and that the employee told him “it’s okay” and not to tell us. Completely unacceptable food handling and a serious food safety concern. We had to go inside to get the order remade, waited annother 20 minutes so now we are at 40 Minutes and the restaurant itself was filthy. Tables and floors were dirty and other customers were asking staff for cloths so they could clean tables themselves. The entire situation caused a meltdown for our autistic son, our drinks ended up spilled while trying to deal with everything, and by the time we got home the replacement food was cold. What shocked me most was that nobody apologized, nobody offered a refund or compensation, and nobody seemed concerned about the seriousness of serving food that had already been in another customer’s car. We were also told the receipt printer “wasn’t working,” so no receipt was provided. This location seriously needs better management, better hygiene standards, and proper food safety training.
