  I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at this location. I come here almost every single day because I work next door, so the way I was treated today was honestly shocking. I ordered an iced coffee and clearly asked for less ice, yet the cup was still almost entirely filled with ice, I am attaching the photo as well, barely any actual coffee. When I politely brought it up to the employee who served me, who appeared to be the manager, I simply asked if some of the ice could be removed since that was not what I requested. Instead of trying to help or even showing basic courtesy, she dismissively responded, “This is what less ice is, we recently changed the way of making iced coffees, this is how it is supposed to be” and walked away while I was still speaking. The attitude and lack of customer service were incredibly rude and unprofessional. As someone who spends money here regularly, it was honestly upsetting to be treated with such disrespect over a simple and reasonable request.

  Waiting here from 25 minutes still no one come to ask me which order I’m waiting for no response and it’s Monday not that busy managers should get paid more so they can pay attention what’s going on around them in store

  WORST SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY EVER! After terrible service and food a manager asked me to come in the following day for a refund or replacement of my order. I had the bad luck of speaking with PENNY-the worst customer service person that ever worked in fast food. She didn't replace or refund my order, and tried to take my receipt so I have no proof. PENNY shouldn't have a job. Absolutely useless, horrible, condescending woman. I can see why you are at 3.6 stars and going down.

  The employees are very efficient, friendly and I have not experienced any errors, even with unique ordering. The food is always fresh and warm/cold depending on what is ordered. They are speedy and can get through a big drive through line quickly as well.

  Please for the love of God please tell your male cleaners to check if any women are using the facility prior to cleaning it! It is so uncomfortable trying to use the facility whilst a man is running back and forth in and out of the stalls beside me. He can’t wait 2 minutes for me to finish? How uncomfortable!
