  Incorrect order. Placed order for pickup an hour in advance and they still make me wait an extra 45 minutes!!!! Please nobody waste your time

  Was already 10 mins behind for work and just needed something quick. Pulled into kfc drive-through expecting 15 min wait. They took the order, repeated it back once, and that was it. No “wait on the line” or missing items drama. 3 minutes later I’m at the window. Chicken sandwich was actually hot, wrapped right, order was 100% correct - even the no-cheese I asked for. Didn’t have to check the bag. For a morning rush, that kind of speed + accuracy is rare. Got to office with 2 mins to spare and food that wasn’t sad.

  Very bad service, they take more than an hour for them to deliver, they do not contact you and in the end they send what they want. I placed my order with food for my kids in mind, ordered popcorn chicken and sent me half-cooked chicken. So much weight in their brand name, but they cannot pay attention to their customer service.
