  Worst experiece. I ordered 2 can dine 4 piece chicken from here and they give us stale chicken pieces may be 1 hour or more old. Fries were cold and also the chicken popcorn were old. I went back through drive-thru and complained but they didn't offered me the replaced. The funniest thing is that they dont even have the napkins at store which is opened 24 hours.

  Attempted to place an order through Skip and was contacted by the restaurant after placing the order. They informed my husband they were out of coleslaw and asked him for a substitution. They then called back 2 minutes later and informed him they were out of the macaroni salad and asked for a substitution. Cancelled the order because at that point we'd be getting very little of what we actually wanted.

  Always cancels the order after 30minutes of waiting. If you guys dont want to take orders simply turn off the online orders or cancel right after its been ordered rather than making us wait 30 minutes for you to cancel. This has happened multiple times.

  Went to Taco Bell/KFC Bayfield. Asked employee supervisor at 8:05 pm to have someone come out and clean the dining room. 8:10pm someone came out and only cleaned tabletops and went back inside. Garbages overflowing, floors a mess, chairs not cleaned or pushed in, the benches were not wiped down or cleaned. The drink station had garbage in front of it and pop spilled all over it. While I was eating there was an employee sitting on the stainless steel counter in food prep area. The Public Health should really take a look at this place!

  Absolutely the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had at KFC on Bayfield St. I ordered a Zinger chicken sandwich combo with fries and a drink, and the sandwich was completely unacceptable — there was barely any chicken, just dried-out breading. It was inedible. The restaurant itself was empty, which should have been a red flag. While I was inside returning my food, I witnessed an employee packaging orders for the drive-through pick her nose, which was extremely unhygienic and disturbing. After this experience, and seeing similar complaints from others, I will not be returning.
