  Employees are incredibly rude and slow. Zero work ethic here, I understand it’s not a dream job to work but the people that work here need to be grateful for a job and act like it. After a long wait the food looked like it was sloped together, just an unwrapped tortilla wrapped up called a “taco” Some serious management needs to be in place at this place.

  I made an uber pickup order and was waiting for more than 20 minutes these guys were chatting and were not preparing my order also they asked me to wait until they finish the conversation. This is the worst service I have ever got.

  This the worst place. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich combo and the chicken is gray and seems days old. The fries are cold as well. I tried to call the location but their phone number doesn't work either. It was a very disappointing experience. This place should get a surprise health inspector as this food is not safe to eat.

  This location has really bad customer service but especially at nights, I came to the drive thru and someone ordered 2 seconds before me then I drove up and they ask me what I need I said give me a minute and then after deciding on what I needed which took about 1 minute and half I then called and called and called and no response I repeated this for about 10 minutes then I drove up to the window, then they came to the window and told me I have to go back in the line because they can’t take my order at the window, something I’ve done more than once because they told me at that time that the drive thru was not working the other times, the staff at this location needs a shake up because they could careless about customer service. Some of the ladies are very rude and they treat you like you are begging food, I’m truly saddened to see what this place has become,

  Showed up on Sept 18th at 8 PM to pick up a mobile order—doors were locked tight, forcing everyone into the drive-thru. The excuse? "The soda machine is broken." Makes total sense! ​Meanwhile, one random couple was sitting inside like they were getting a private VIP banquet, while a crowd of customers was getting turned away at the door. ​When we finally got to the drive-thru window, they told us KFC was somehow out of spicy chicken. Handed us regular and basically said take it or leave it. Absolute circus! 🍗🔒
