Very disappointing experience. I came to the drive-thru on Thursday night at around 12:30 AM. The staff member who appeared to be the manager told me that he could not serve me due to “technical issues.” However, he had just served the car in front of me, which made the explanation very confusing. He then told me that the store was already closed, even though the listed closing time online is 1:00 AM. If the store was actually closed or there were technical issues, this should have been communicated clearly and consistently to all customers. What made the experience worse was his rude and unprofessional attitude. Customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect, regardless of the situation. I hope management looks into this incident and ensures that the store’s operating hours are accurate and that customers are treated more professionally in the future.

The manager displays bullying and intimidating behaviour toward customers, handles concerns incompetently and unprofessionally, and dismisses or denies legitimate health-code violations when they are brought to their attention.

Tried to buy some chicken. But was completely ignored. Ended up walking out and going down the road to Church's Chicken where I was served right away. The only reason this place even has 2.6 stars is because they have clearly had friends give them 5 stars. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here. Go to Church's Chicken instead where you will get much better service and much better food.
