  No great customer service and associates are more happy talking to themselves then helping customers. Price for what you get is not even worth it any more.

  🔴🔴🔴 Serious Health Concern🔴🔴🔴 I visited the store yesterday evening (April 20th), and I feel compelled to raise a serious concern about hygiene and customer service. The staff member who took my order, a woman wearing a black hoodie and glasses, was coughing repeatedly while interacting with customers. What was particularly concerning was that she did not cover her mouth at any point. I continued to notice her coughing for at least 10–15 minutes while I was seated and eating. Even more troubling, she did not wash or sanitize her hands afterward and proceeded to handle and pack food orders. From a health and safety standpoint, this is completely unacceptable, especially in a food service environment. Having worked in the food industry myself, I understand the importance of basic hygiene protocols, and this fell far below expected standards. Additionally, her demeanor came across as quite dismissive and unprofessional, both in tone and body language. I would strongly urge management to address this situation promptly, whether through proper retraining or further action, as this kind of behavior puts customer health at risk and reflects poorly on the establishment.

  I visited this store on April 13th in the afternoon, and honestly, what a mess 🤦‍♂️ The chicken quality was terrible. It was definitely not fresh. Felt like a complete waste of money 💸 Then comes the service… waited 35 minutes ⏳ just to get the wrong order 😐 When I asked for a correction, the person who seemed to be the manager (short guy with spectacles) handled it terribly. Instead of fixing things, he just stood around and then started being rude to his own staff 🙄 What made it worse was the way he was talking to a female employee. Extremely uncomfortable to watch 😬 When I asked about it, I was told he’s her husband. That honestly just makes the whole situation even more concerning 🚩 🚩 🚩 🚩 🚩 🚩 🚩 Bad food, long wait, and a really unpleasant atmosphere. Definitely not coming back 👎

  DO NOT EAT HERE. MAJOR HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS. ​If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Visited this location on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 9:30 PM, and what I witnessed was absolutely stomach-turning. ​⚠️ THE HEALTH HAZARD ​After waiting forever because the kitchen was clearly understaffed, two employees (a male and a female) walked in through the main entrance. Instead of heading to a sink, the male staff member walked straight into the kitchen and immediately started handling food without washing his hands. In what world is that acceptable? It is a blatant, disgusting disregard for basic hygiene. I was lucky enough to have my food handed to me by someone already in the kitchen, but I felt physically ill watching him touch other people’s orders with "street hands." They are playing with our health at our cost. ​🍗 THE "FOOD" ​The quality of the meal was just as pathetic as their food safety standards: ​The Zinger Sandwiches: Absolute garbage. It was just a dry, thin, over-fried slab of chicken on a bun. No sauce, no lettuce, no condiments... just a desert in a box. ​Customer Service: Non-existent. They don't ask if you want ketchup or hot sauce; they just want you out of their hair. The staff’s attitude toward safety protocols is clearly mirrored in their "I don't care" approach to service. ​📢 MESSAGE TO MANAGEMENT/OWNERSHIP ​You need to pull the CCTV footage from tonight and take immediate disciplinary action against those offenders. Your team needs serious retraining and a massive reality check on food safety. ​STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION unless you enjoy the risk of food poisoning served with a side of incompetence. ​DO BETTER.
