    I ordered 2 poutines for take out. One for me & one for my daughter. Once we got on the highway heading north to go home, she opened them up. Yes, they were piping hot, but a lot of the fries were still raw in the center. We ate what we could & the rest went into the garbage. They also charge $2.50 for a small pop. What a joke. I didn't buy the pop from them. Way over priced at $5.00 for 2 small pops plus taxes. Instead, I went to Dollarama & bought 2 bottked pops for $1.50 each plus taxes. Much better deal. Harvey's has to learn how to cook their food properly.

    Great people and service, clean establishment. Fast food will always be 4stars or less, bc it’s exactly that fast food. I ordered then 1/4 Angus with cheese & bacon. Then I built my burger with Harvey sauce, the works, relish, jalapeños, and hot peppers. It was a mash of flavors and heat. Good enough to get me through the day. The options here seem simple enough. I’m not from Canada so idk if you rotate in other toppings. Crispy onions, pineapple, apple blue cheese crumble and more would make this burger chain standout better. Go wild, get creative and maybe this chain would stand out more. But then again maybe Harvey’s already does this. Or it’s just what Canadians like.

    Good food love that it's open 24 hours and you can dyin inside 24 hours also and since it's open so late you get to see some pretty random stuff

    Thank you Harvey’s! This is proof why hiring workers who really care makes a difference in your customers experience! When I showed up five minutes after my confirmed pick up time, and my food still wasn’t ready, I received disgusting attitude from both the workers asking why I was bothering their drive-through when they were having a delivery, and then I finally received my food 16 minutes later and it’s cold, it just proves why I’ll come back to you 100 times! Ans certainly after I ask for a card or a manager’s contact information in order to speak to them tomorrow, and I’m told “we don’t do that here”. I’m so happy I spent my money on cold cardboard and 10/10 employees! Thanks Harvey’s team. You really show how much you care!

    The people working late night are terrible at their job. I drive for Uber,I had a order from here last night at 12 30. Empty restaurant yet it still took these guys 10 minute's to give me the customers food and took me 6 to 7 minutes to drive there. They got the order wrong and missed food items. The customer complained and I didn't get paid.
