Got it dressed exactly how I like — extra pickles, no mustard. Fries were hot, combo didn't kill my wallet. Same solid burger every time I stop in. Can't go wrong.

The lady who set up my burger was not nice, rude in fact, like she didn’t want to be bothered working it seemed. I tried being nice and polite but she wasn’t reciprocating back. No eye contact and just slapping everything on my burger, I asked for a little and I get too much sauce. Sorry but my burger was like a soup sandwich.

I asked for a poutine with some garnishing and well-done fries — something I’ve ordered before — but she said she couldn’t do garnishing and didn’t understand what “well-done” fries meant even after I repeated my order twice. Even after repeating my order, the fries were still not well done. At the window, two employees were looking into our car and laughing, which made the situation uncomfortable. I hope management looks into this so customers feel respected and properly heard.
