The staff really cared about our needs. We ordered pizza with Caesar salad, asked for our Caesar salad without bacon and to be made vegetarian, but unfortunately, there was bacon in the salad. When we Informed the staff about this, the manager was involved very soon and they apologize to us about it and they assured us that they really care about these things and I’m just very glad to know that they’re taking one’s choices very seriously, especially diet restrictions. In the end, to comp for the whole situation they took care of our drinks as well.

Had a fantastic experience at East Side Mario's on Bayfield! Rayna was honestly one of the best servers, super attentive, friendly, and always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. She kept the salad and bread coming generously and made the whole experience feel welcoming and easy.
Big shoutout to the kitchen as well. I ordered the penne arrabbiata and asked for them to cook it with extra chili flakes, and they absolutely nailed it, proper spicy pasta done right! You can tell the staff here really care about customer experience and professionalism.
Great service, great food, and an overall awesome experience. We’ll definitely be back! I only got post pictures sadly lol!

Terrible experience. My family and I went there last week on a Saturday, and we waited about 45 minutes for a table, which I can understand since it was busy. But after being seated, we waited over an hour for our food and still didn’t receive anything. I asked to speak with the manager, and her response was basically, “It is what it is, we’re full.” Horrible customer service. They clearly don’t care about their customers. Avoid this place!

Very disappointing Mother’s Day dinner experience.
We ordered a create-your-own fettuccine pasta with Alfredo + spicy Arrabbiata sauce, Italian vegetables, and chicken breast on the side because I am vegetarian.
First issue — the “spicy” pasta had absolutely no spice. Before ordering, the manager assured us they make it spicy with paprika and other ingredients, but there was none at all. When I asked for crushed chili peppers, they didn’t even have any and instead offered Tabasco sauce.
Second issue — the pasta came extremely late, and the server admitted the kitchen had accidentally mixed chicken into the pasta and had to remake it.
The next day, while eating the leftovers at home, I found a piece of chicken still in the pasta.
As a VEGETARIAN, this is unacceptable. It honestly feels like they simply removed visible chicken pieces and served the same pasta instead of properly remaking it. This shows a serious lack of care and professionalism in food handling.

My husband called for a reservation for a booth for 5:30 . Upon arrival we stood waiting to be seated while several staff just stood there looking. After several minutes and approx 2 more groups coming in someone decided to come over and seat us. Explained we had a reservation and they said is a table okay. I said no we called for a booth reservation, at this time they felt the need to ask WHEN . I stated first thing is morning ! They talked and than decided they wanted to give us a large booth two booths together for 3 people. I said no who wants to sit that close to other guests you do not know . We said you might as well sit us at a table than. Several minutes went by and the server came and asked for our drinks, we ordered our appetizer at this time ( we are frequent customers and know what we like ) after several minutes the drinks did arrive . At that point we ordered, after some time bread and the salads were brought to the table I had to tell the waitress there was no utensils or plates. Much time was elapsed than we see several different servers running around trying to GIVE MY APPETIZER to other tables !! After several minutes and several hands had touched this food was brought to our table. All you can eat is not all you can eat if you are not being topped up with salad or bread! Finally our meals came , by this time we were frustrated and ate a small amount and asked for the bill. NOW THIS NEXT PART IS UNACCEPTABLE, OUR WAITRESS WHICH WE NEW WAS IN TRAINING WHICH IS FINE NOTHING AGAINST HER. SHE BECAME SO FLUSTERED WHEN TRYING TO RING IN OUR BILL WITHIN THE SPAN OF 15 MINUTES SHE HAD ASKED BETWEEN 4 OTHER SERVERS FOR HELP AND ONE GENTLEMAN WHO I BELIEVED WAS RUNNING SERVICE . AFTER 15 PLUS MINUTES OF HER RUNNING AROUND AND TRYING TO PUNCH IN THE ORDER THE BILL ARRIVED INCORRECT. WE DID NOT ORDER A BEER , SINCE THIS WAS GOING ON OVER 20 MINUTES THE NEWLY SEATED TABLE BESIDE US LEFT. Than at this point the gentlemen decided to help the waitress fix our bill. It is your responsibility as an employer to make sure you employees have the help and training they need and that was unacceptable having to sit back and watch her in distress asking for help with no help. UNACCEPTABLE !!!
