Our server Kenzie was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. We hope to have her again! The kitchen however, was disappointing as we waited over an hour for our entrée and just shy of two hours by the time we received the bill. Tables who were sat after us were finished their meals and leaving while we were waiting. Although this experience was disappointing, it isn't the norm, and we will be back.

Even when it got busy, they stayed positive and on top of everything. Great service that really made our experience better! We will definitely be back
- FAFresh AirApr 18, 20261.0So last night we decided to try east side marios again. The server took our order brought our drinks then we didnt see anyone till 45 mins later they brought out our food. We never got our salads or soups that are all you can eat we complained and were told we can pack some salads up for you to take home. We declined and asked to speak to a manager. None came to the table we just got our bill at full price even though we didnt eat everything we paid for as it wasn't served to us. Just overall very unprofessional the way it was handled will not be returning. And to east sides if you read this it was bad customer service.
