I was trying to place a cake order and was having difficulty using the online ordering system, so I called the store for assistance to avoid making a mistake with the order. The first staff member I spoke with told me that placing a cake order over the phone was not an option. I found this confusing, especially since information online indicated that phone orders could be accepted. After struggling with the website again, I called back hoping to get some clarification or assistance. Unfortunately, the supervisor I spoke with was not helpful and was condescending when I questioned this. When I mentioned that online information stated cake orders could be placed by phone, I was told that they have different rules at this location and that they didn’t have time to take my order. Rather than offering any help or alternatives, I felt dismissed and unwelcome. Customer service should involve assisting customers who are genuinely trying to place an order. Instead, I was met with poor communication and an unprofessional attitude. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and not the level of service I would expect.
- ACabhi CJun 20, 20261.0Never have we ever had such rude and hopeless level of customer service at a DQ. Instead of a resolution to a problem, they added to the problem. I am appaled and shocked with this location and the condencending attitude of the manager and her desire to not actually help eventhough we could see a simple solution as customers. We drove to another location and they magically took care of us with a smile within 5 minutes. We are super low maintenance when it comes to such issues..tells you all that you need to know. Some basic customer service training may help out here. We are 5 minutes away but would rather now drive further to another location.

The employee said yes. We go in today and are provided with the worst customer service, right off the bat we are told no. The manager or whoever she was very standoffish, she made my husband and I feel like we were bothering her by asking about the cakes. I work in customer service and if you can't be kind and nice don't work in customer service. She only apologized to my husband after he called her out for being rude. O made my sister in law call the store to confirm the order and earlier time for pick up even on the phone the employee was very rude and condescending.
