  ATTENTION *** ATTENTION *** You definitely do not want to go to this location for any of your food choices !!!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you do not go to this location . We attended this location the evening of the 28th April 2026 at around 9:45pm and we had made an order of 3 BLIZZARDS . These BLIZZARDS were far from quality they were runny like milk disgusting and had barely any product in the ice cream . TO TOP it off the staff that were working that made the BLIZZARDS had put the *OREO cookie products that fell onto the dirty counter with a cloth beside it into my sons BLIZZARD cup and had came to serve me the product after paying for the product. I mentioned to him how are you going to serve me this when the product fell on the dirty counter . His response was "Oh well just cleaned the counter " UMMM EXCUSE me ..... no your not going to serve me something that could be contaminated or anything on top of having ice cream that waa like milk not even normal BLIZZARD quality . Here are some photos of what we were served the 28th of April 2026 . We made a complaint to the store manager and attended the store with photos of proof this afternoon the 30th of April as yesterday during the day we all have school and work and we're unable to attend the location . The manager is absolutely ignorant did nothing to replace the product or even guve the refund for poor service and absolutely disgusting ice cream at this location . Highly recommend attending a different location ! Photos to prove what the ice cream looked like from when we received till it was at the bottom no product in throughout the whole ice cream . To return the product after purchase they were closed hence why we waited till the next day to make the complaint . Disgusting service and product . Also the ministry of health should investigate this location as the staff puts product that falls on counters where things can be contaminated into people's orders . BE AWARE !!!! if i did not say anything the staff were not going to even change the product .

  I want to write a very honest review about the dairy queen. We visited the store around 6:15pm. The girl working there with blue eyes, she should not be working there as she is racist, she needs to given proper inclusivity training. She treated us like we were not welcomed. The constant eye rolling and the attitude was unacceptable. Better the management should take some strict action on this.
