  The store was very dirty, all garbages were overflowing with trash. The portion received today was very poor, even with requesting extra rice and sour cream the burrito bowl was quite small.

  Got a bowl and a burrito to take home. Got home 15 min later to a soaked takeout bag and the bottom broke and dropped our food on the floor. My dog gives five stars and I give one star. Their paper bowls leak. Bad experience.

  Whoever the woman behind the counter is definitely made the experience unpleasant. The man who cashed me out was much friendlier. I don't typically like to complain but my burrito was also cold and a smaller portion size than other establishments. Not sure if Chipotle doesn't grill burritos but I know other franchises do.

  Very disappointed. I accept that a steak burrito with queso is going to be $17-18 now, it is what it is, but the portion was a joke. Smallest amount of rice and protein I’ve ever had on a burrito, but I guess it also doesn’t help when the manager is leaning over the workers shoulders watching every scoop. I love chipotle generally but it’s hard to justify that kind of price. Not sure I’ll be back. *Update* I was referred to Chipotle's customer care on and this was the reponse I received. "Thank you for reaching out to Chipotle Customer Care. My name is Kerwin and I'm sorry for the small portion of the meal. I understand how disappointing this must be. No worries, I'll be happy to assist! Our meals are fully customizable, and you're always welcome to request your preferred portions. Additional charges apply for extra servings of protein, and our team should communicate that clearly when you order. I'm making the feedback available for the restaurant to review. We appreciate you taking the time to share your comments and concerns, as it provides us with an opportunity to improve. Sincerely, Kerwin Coordinator, Customer Care Chipotle Mexican Grill" This is equivalent to saying "We hear you, but we don't care." What terrible customer service. The willingness to charge so much money and then not care about a customers complaint is a complete joke. I will be avoiding Chipotle from here on out. Furthermore, I will be telling everyone I know to do the same. This is quite unfortunate as when the store first opened I was pretty excited, and to date had visited pretty frequently. It's sad when a business doesn't actually care about their customers.

  Apparently $15 gets you the opportunity to admire the bottom of the bowl. Smallest portions I’ve ever gotten at a Chipotle. For $15, I’d expect my burrito bowl to at least fill the bowl, and I shouldn’t be able to count the individual pieces of meat they gave me. Pretty hard to justify the price when they’re this stingy with the portions. UPDATE: I filled out the form as requested by the "owner" who replied to my review. This is the response I got: Hi Andrew, I’m sorry to hear that the experience you've had in your recent visit didn't meet your expectations due to an issue with the portion size. We take this very seriously, and this doesn’t meet our standards. I will make this feedback available for our teams to review. Your experience is important to us, and we truly value your input. We'll do everything we can to address the situation and ensure you have a better experience next time. Sincerely, Customer Care So basically, they don't care, and will do nothing. Will avoid chipotle going forward.
