  I hesitated to visit because of the low ratings, and unfortunately, my experience confirmed them. The manager was incredibly rude, showed zero empathy, and lacked basic customer service skills. On top of the poor service, small portion sizes continue to be an ongoing issue here. I will not be returning.

  The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had got a chicken burrito with an extra lettuce and extra guac last night around 8:30 after I ended my shift from work after taking a couple bites. I took out some lettuce pieces as some of them looked a little brown and chipotle is known for darker lettuce. I pulled a piece out, and there was sitting a fly larva. I nearly vomited from how disgusting it was. I then proceeded to call Chipotle three times all times with absolutely no answer. I then called the next day, which is today still no answer. I called the second time and finally someone picked up. I explained to them the situation and then left me on hold for a little bit. Then the manager came. I explained the situation as nicely as possible, but I was extremely frustrated. I told them the total I paid and they promised me a remake once I came in. I drove all the way there which is around 20 minutes away. I went in and a lady greeted me and she wasn’t very friendly. Her presence was very aggressive. I explained to the manager everything, and he claimed that he couldn’t find my order. I showed him my bank statement and what I paid he then went back and proceeded to go look for the other receipts or whatever as I was waiting I kindly told a customer that there was a bug in their lettuce. The worker lady proceeded to tell me to stop bad mouthing their food to customers she came up very aggressive. This is not how you treat your loyal customer is it badmouthing or is it just speaking the truth? she proceeded to tell me to go sit down like I was a child or a dog. This worker has very unprofessional customer service and I’ve been working in the restaurant, industry and customer service for a long time.I then got fed up and left because I had to go to work. The worst experience I’ve ever had didn’t even feel like I was treated like a human being. Definitely won’t be coming back.

  I ordered a quesadilla today it says clearly on the menu what it’s priced at. I go to pay and was charged double which made no sense. I noticed but had already paid unfortunately. So I kindly informed the staff about this. She agreed that she charged me double the price then what is listed on their menu. She didn’t offer me a refund of the difference. She simply said “we changed our prices”. Okay, so why is it not reflected on the menu then? How am I to know? That makes zero sense. Why is Chipotle charging double for an item and the price isn’t changed on the menu. That’s the definition of a scam. The staff person I spoke with offered me a small amount of tortilla chips for compensation and said they couldn’t refund the difference. Completely unacceptable for a business to operate this way. I would not recommend this Chipotle location to anyone. If you go to this location, make sure the staff don’t over charge you. But honestly, just don’t even go here. Staff are miserable as well and their energy was unpleasant. Food is mediocre at best. I would avoid. Go to bar burrito instead.

  Don’t even bother. I’m currently in the store and have been waiting for 15 minutes with 7 people ahead of me while ONE employee works and the other two literally stand around. This is the laziest staff I have ever encountered anywhere.
