  Unfortunately the customer service during our visit wasn’t great. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming and we felt really rushed while ordering. There was very little communication throughout the process (like asking rice/topping choices clearly), which made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating

  I’ve been coming to this chipotle location since the day it opened. Every single time it’s a 30-45 minute wait in line. One person making the orders. One person standing around waiting to cash people out. One person cooking and one on take out orders. Food portions are small for the price. Save your time and either order online or go to mucho..

  I’ve never had such a small portion from Chipotle before. It honestly looked like a child-sized serving and definitely wasn’t worth the money. I can’t have rice, so I asked for extra lettuce three times, but all the toppings were still very skimpy. They barely gave me anything, and I was still hungry afterward. It was very disappointing.

  Every time one order for a pick up they juts treat like we r not paying for food, and what’s the purpose of big pick up cabin when one of ur staff get the food ready and keep it on the prep deck and move other task, and one have to wait even though the food is ready and right there

  I have been a reoccurring customer for Chipotle for many years and as soon as the bar chipotle open, I've been here a couple times a week since they've opened. The past week and a half their portions have been half as large customer service has been terrible and they charge me wrongfully for chips and queso, even though I had a scanner on my app. I tried to call the store to see if they can accommodate me before I leave a negative review and on the phone they said that they could fully reimburse me for my food and the bad service that I had just to find out when I come in person that they said sorry there's nothing we can do about that and they sent me on my way with chips and queso not my meal. Wasting my time and my money. The manager who I spoke to his name is Ramin or something a female with dark hair. Terrible service and not understanding whatsoever.
