  I ordered egg and sausage and by mistake they gave me only sausage. The manager was very rude and told his worker you have to pay for the mistake. McDonald hire people with minimum wage and rather than proper training they make them responsible for the mistake. I refunded the whole food. People must stop paying for these companies as it empower them to be cruel to their employees and have no respect to the customers

  Went there with the kiddos for afternoon snack. Food and service are decent, but the place is TRASHED. Washroom is filthy, smell horrible. All the tables are dirty. Trash can is 200% over capacity. Sunday afternoon its not even that busy and they aren’t assigning someone to do the cleaning.

  The worst experience I ever had . I ordered from the mobile app before 40 minutes and when I reached over there the. He start making . Bro? What’s that I ordered 40 minutes before why? Because I want my order on time . Really bad service.

  They've got a sign on the drive-thru window in regards to customers treating their staff with Dignity and Respect. Let me tell you, the black girl working nights is the rudest, most dismissive person I've come across in years. She doesn't know a single thing about respect or dignity. Absolutely sickening. I hope the owners and management looks into this. Send a friend or family member through the drive thru at night and experience it first hand. You'll see.

  Just the worst. I went through drive thru at 6am. No cars in front. Ordered a coffee and muffin. Got to the window. Seemed like only 1 staff member was working. Saw him pouring the coffee only to see it ran out and he started brewing more. Proceeded to fill the cup. Then while I was still waiting at the window, started filling other orders. Waited over 9 minutes and finally gave up and left. Sadly this was not the first time. But I figured with the renovations maybe service will get better. Unfortunately not and this will be my last time. Tim Hortons is less than a minute.
