  I love every minute of it. Washroom very clean. Ice is melting keeping it fresh and tidy. Manager Steve was very pleasant and attentive. I enjoyed my good food immensely. Excellent service. I will definitely return. I go back soon. Professionally, Bryan Wang

  Paige was cheery and very accommodating as a server. Our food was yummy. The restaurant was able to quickly accommodate our group of 7 on short notice.

  This Kelsey's is always a solid choice, and this visit was no exception. The food was great and everything was fresh and well-prepared. What stood out this time was the exceptional service. Our server, Paige, was friendly and efficient, adding a personal touch to the meal. Overall, a really enjoyable experience!

  The service and hospitality reached limits I have not thought possible. Pretty classy server lady who was very friendly and quick. Safiyah, but forget about her for a second. St3ve. The guy! The guy is an an ABSOLUTE BEAUTY. ICE in the urinals 🧊 awesome to pee on 😊 The ice just melts and you feel like a champ. And it never smells 🏆 Also, it's awesome to not have a bathroom attendant to put soap in your hands or offer you cologne, where you're obligated to give 5/10 for his unnecessary services... We went today for lunch, me and my friend, Uncle Gus. It was a blast! I had chicken tenders (MILD), with Fries and Pepsi. He had hot and honey chicken bites with some spice fries. He had fun, I had fun! Also, we shared a three cheese spinach dip. It was the third best thing of our visit, 2nd Safiyah, 1st Steve. The clean washrooms with ice really just missed the Bronze. Anyway, a great atmosphere with lots of sports on TV, nice pleasant music, and outstanding friendly people working. Thank you Steve and crew. We'll be coming back WHEN Saf comes back from vacation! Hahaha. You guys are all beauties!

  Steve the manager needs a lesson on customer service. I’ve always ordered pick up and take out and get the same thing every time I go to Kelsey’s, no matter the location. Specifically this location I know I order take out from. I was told that what I wanted to order was a dine in only deal. At this point, I was already on my way and didn’t have time to go somewhere else to order. I asked Steve for a total over the phone after I ordered way more food than I wanted just to get what I wanted from the lunch special that’s not available for takeout anymore apparently. He couldn’t give me a total and he sounded like a teenager that he just wrote it down on a piece of paper and he hadn’t punched it in to the computer. His tone was completely unprofessional. Any professional who works at an establishment with customers would Tell the customer to hold on So they could punch it into the computer and give them a total he obviously was too lazy to do that. I found a receipt from my last order where I ordered takeout and got this apparently dine in only special, I brought it in Hoping to speak to Steve the manager to show him that I had gotten this before and he had already left. The girl inside was showing me the menu that shows dine in only and I said I believe you, but I’m not looking at the menu when I’m at home looking on your website and on your website it does not say that. In the end, I was highly dissatisfied with the customer service at this location and I will not be returning for dine or take out ever again. I also let the family know where I was bringing the food to, who are also regular customers of this location and they will not be returning either.
