Absolutely disgusting. I found a hair in my Blizzard, and instead of apologizing, the two managers spent over 15 minutes arguing with us and blaming us. They even made sarcastic comments like, “The ice cream machine doesn’t have eyelashes or hair,” while no one handling the food was wearing hair nets, and the manager who made my ice cream had visible facial hair.
Another woman tried to help, and they were rude to her too, telling her to “go do your job” because she was an Uber driver. They refused to replace my Blizzard at first and told me I won’t be receiving any compensation , then finally agreed to remake it, but the second I said I was leaving a review, they said they weren’t even going to bother making a new one.
I’ve never experienced customer service this awful. Rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. My first and last time coming here. Save your money and go to literally any other Dairy Queen.
Customer service and manager at this location are awful. Have been a few times and keep wondering why we go back. My least favourite visit was a pre-ordered cake that they forgot, then the manager suggested we made a mistake, then realized it was their mistake. Did not receive a simple apology or anything to compensate having to return to the store multiple times and pick up later than requested. Emailed a complaint to general DQ email and they said it would be forwarded to the store to follow up on. Never received any further emails or calls.
My sister and I usually get a small vanilla cone in a cup ($3.99) with peanuts. So my sister ordered it today with the manager but he punched in vanilla Sundae ($5.99) with peanuts. When we asked him that we wanted a vanilla cone in a cup, he said he doesn't have that and the Sundae was the "vanilla cone". He tried to gaslight us to think they don't offer vanilla cone in a cup and tried to upcharge us for our order. I understand why the reviews are terrible at this location and I will never come back here.

VERY VERY disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen location. The manager/owner was dismissive and unprofessional when I brought up an issue with my Blizzard. Instead of trying to resolve it, I was told it was “just my opinion” and that HE WAS NOT GOING TO FIX THE ISSUE.
I also received a pizza cake where a slice was missing. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until the next day when I took it out of the freezer. When I called and mentioned it, I was told that was not possible and it was not acknowledged, which was frustrating as it was clearly not complete!
Overall, the customer service was very poor and the interaction made the experience unpleasant. Based on this visit, I will not be returning to this location. And in fact, I question why this location is still open. The two star reviews for this location is too much. It deserves zero. Absolutely horrible.
As with many of the other reviews here, if I could give this 0 stars I would.
Worst display of customer service I’ve ever seen. After ordering 5 blizzards and 2 of them having little to no candy, we requested new ones. The manager strangely turned the corner to have a look at us, then proceeded to add a few pieces to what became a soupy mess.
Then I witnessed him tell a young child (who had the same complaint) that it’s how it is and rudely turned her away as well.
I told the owner that I would never return here and he was very rude, telling me that it was just my opinion.
