- NRNatalie Ryan3 days ago1.0If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to the Arnprior Dairy Queen tonight and ordered 3 Blizzards. When I got home (less than a 5 minute drive), one Blizzard was basically soup and another had a pink hair in it. I even took pictures of both issues because I was honestly shocked. This also isn't the first time I've had problems with Blizzards being melted and runny from this location. I called the store and spoke with the owner/manager on duty. The response I received was basically "ok" followed by silence. There was no apology and no attempt to make things right. It was only after I asked how they planned to fix the situation that I was told they would replace the two Blizzards on my next visit. The bigger issue for me wasn't just the melted Blizzard or the hair, it was the customer service and complete lack of concern. I have never had this issue with any other Dairy Queen location, only this one. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending this Dairy Queen to anyone.
- JLJackie Lefevre3 days ago1.0Ice cream is supposed to be frozen, not a soupy mess. Last I remember the servers are supposed to flip the blizzard cup upside down to show it's properly frozen. If they had done that with the terrible mess we were served it would have been all over the counter. THANKS FOR THE DAIRY SOUP! Ridiculous. Every friggin time with this place.

- MMmaryMar 23, 20261.0I am absolutely furious that the chocolate/oreo cupfection that my husband picked up for me is frozen solid! As hard as cement! It has been an hour and I can just dent the ice cream now but the brownie oreo is still rock hard. A major disappointment. Whoever thought you could freeze and thaw this and it will taste the same obviously doesn't like ice cream or brownies.
