  The young lad at the drive thru window was quite pleasant, and we even joked about how the Timmies across the street always seems to screw up the orders. After driving off, I took a sip of my coffee, and guess what? Yes, my order was screwed up. Was too far down the road to go back. Lesson learned.... always check your order before leaving....these are not rocket scientists.

  Every time I visit the Angus McDonald’s drive-thru, there always seems to be something missing from my order. Whether it’s fries, chicken nugget sauce, or even bacon that was specifically requested on the side, the order is rarely complete. The purpose of using a drive-thru is convenience, yet I constantly have to park, leave my vehicle, go inside, and wait again just to receive the items that were already paid for!!!!! What’s most frustrating is that this issue appears to be consistent only at this particular location. Attention to detail and order accuracy should be a basic standard, especially for a fast-food restaurant focused on quick and efficient service.

  Truly the worst location for wait time and errors in your order. It was so poor I literally refuse to go to this location. Stayner, hwy 90, Alliston or barrie. Just go elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration of paying full price and hopefully getting the whole order. You have been warned

  I’m very disappointed with my recent visit. The store is clearly advertising Mario toys on the kiosk and posters, but after ordering a Happy Meal, we were given a completely different toy (Grinch). My son ordered the meal only because of the Mario toy and was very upset. When I asked the staff, I was told that those toys were not available—but this was not communicated before ordering. This is misleading and unfair to customers. If items are out of stock, the store should: Inform customers before purchase Update or remove the advertisement I expect better communication and customer care. I hope this issue is addressed so other families don’t face the same disappointment.
