- GPGabe Pablo5 days ago1.0HORRIBLE they gave us fries that were fried 2 times they weren't even fries at that point they are just long chips, they broke a porsilion plate and a piece came flying towards me and hit my face and they didn't even apologize not only that but there was no one else inside and they didn't even come and ask if we needed help or assistance, the chicken was soo dry and my little brothers donuts were hard as a rock HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER AGAIN.

When I called to ask about a missing side of vegetables on our most recent and definitely final order from this business, the worker who picked up asked me to wait while he got his manager. He then hung up before that could happen and they never called back. Absolutely pathetic customer service and mediocre food.

I got one run really big bag that Had lukewarm food. Considering I’m in Hamilton Ontario downtown he did stop. I’m sure many times on the way cause it did show that he stopped a few places down the street from me on the map it showed. Before he stole drinks and the sides that were cold, like my coleslaw like bigger ones likes to come around and steal many of the delivery orders from people and people get their food cold because of this one guy That’s not OK. I waited over an hour. I waited 84 minutes for this guy. I think that’s a little drastic considering the restaurant was open for hours before it closed. I wouldn’t website direct you all the way to a different one in a different city probably further than stony Creek just for it to take that long When I’m sure the others would’ve been open didn’t get compensated still waiting for a reply From last night’s sad dinner August 2 Sunday 2026
